Wild West Wears is a brand operated by Ranchless Cowboys LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Entity ID 2026-002013248). In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Ranchless Cowboys LLC trading as Wild West Wears.
By placing an order on wildwestwears.com you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing, particularly the sections on made-to-order production, returns, and product safety.

The address above is a business correspondence address. It is not a returns address. Do not send any product to this address. Return instructions are issued individually after a return is authorised.
2. Products and descriptions
Our garments are made from real leather. Leather is a natural material and no two hides are identical. Variation in grain, shade, texture, natural markings, and surface character is expected and is not a defect.
A material difference from the product description, the stated colour, the stated material, or a confirmed specification is a product issue, and is covered under section 7.
Product images are representative. Screen calibration affects how colour appears, and minor differences between an image and the delivered garment are normal.
3. Made to order
Most of our products are made after your order is accepted. We do not hold large inventory.
Made to order means the garment is produced after purchase in a listed standard size, listed colour, listed material, and the normal listed design. A made-to-order product in a standard configuration is not a customised product and your return rights under section 6 apply in full.
Customised or personalised means the garment includes changes specific to you. This includes custom body measurements, monogramming, non-standard colour, non-standard leather, design alterations, special hardware, personal embroidery, or any change from the listed design.
4. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract forms when we accept your order and begin production. We may decline an order where a product is unavailable, where pricing or description contained an error, where we cannot verify payment or delivery details, or where we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.
We normally review orders within one to two business days. We may contact you to confirm measurements, payment, delivery address, customisation details, or product specifics before production begins.
5. Production and delivery
Standard made-to-order production: two to four weeks.
Estimated transit after production: one to two weeks.
Total estimated timeframe: approximately four to seven weeks from order acceptance.
Complex custom work may take longer. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates unless confirmed by us in writing.
If we cannot ship within the stated period, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate, and give you the option to accept the revised timeframe. Where required, you may cancel an order that has not yet shipped and receive a refund.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, international customers are responsible for import duties, local taxes, customs charges, and brokerage fees. You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery name, address, postal code, and phone number. Additional charges may apply where an incorrect address you supplied causes a return or delay.
6. Returns and cancellations
Cancellation before production. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation. Whether we can cancel depends on product type, customisation, and production status.
Standard configurations. Notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return a standard-configuration product, then return it within a further 14 days of that notification.
Returned products must be unworn other than reasonable fitting, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and free from odours, marks, makeup transfer, or signs of wear. Original tags must remain attached and original packaging should be retained. We may refuse or reduce a refund where a returned product does not meet these conditions.
For change-of-mind returns you pay return shipping, subject to applicable consumer law.
Customised products. Products made to your own measurements or otherwise personalised are not returnable for change of mind, where the law permits this restriction. This does not affect your rights regarding defects, damage, incorrect items, or products materially different from the agreed specification.
Exchanges. We do not operate preference-based exchanges. For an eligible standard item, return the original product and place a separate order for the replacement. Where we supplied the wrong item or caused a sizing error, contact support for a remedy instead.
Do not return any product without authorisation. Returns sent to an unapproved address, or sent cash on delivery, may be refused.
7. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
Report defects, damage, incorrect items, or material differences promptly, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with your order number, a description of the issue, full-product photographs, close-up photographs of the issue, and photographs of the packaging where relevant.
This request assists investigation. It does not remove any longer statutory rights you may have.
8. Refunds
We aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by the entity that collected the payment.
9. Product safety
All garments sold by Wild West Wears are apparel products. They are not certified motorcycle protective equipment and are not personal protective equipment.
Our products, including those in biker or motorcycle-inspired styles, are not tested or certified for crash protection, abrasion resistance, impact protection, PPE compliance, fire resistance, or occupational safety, and must not be relied upon for those purposes.
10. Pricing
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund rather than supply at the incorrect price.
11. Intellectual property
All content on wildwestwears.com, including text, photographs, graphics, and the Wild West Wears name and marks, belongs to Ranchless Cowboys LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with the operation of the site, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.
14. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects mandatory statutory rights available to you under the consumer law of your country of residence. Where a term here conflicts with a mandatory right, that mandatory right prevails.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence applies.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time you place an order governs that order.
