1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. We review all orders during this period to verify information and prepare items for production.
If your order requires adjustments before processing begins, contact us within 24 hours of placement.
2. Production Time
All items are made-to-order. Production takes 2–4 weeks depending on item complexity and current demand. This timeframe ensures quality control and consistency across all products.
Do not expect items to be in stock or ready immediately. Production begins after your order is confirmed and processed.
3. Shipping Time
Once production is complete, items are dispatched within 1–2 weeks, depending on destination and carrier availability.
Processing time + Production time + Shipping time = Total delivery window. Allow 4–7 weeks for complete fulfillment in most cases.
4. Shipping Carriers
We ship through multiple carriers:
• DHL • FedEx • Skynet • DPEX
Carrier selection depends on order size, weight, and destination. We choose the most reliable option for your shipment, and this decision is made internally.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates range from $30–$50 depending on product weight, type, and delivery destination.
Exact costs are calculated at checkout. No hidden fees are applied—what you see is what you pay.
6. Customs Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These fees are imposed by the destination country's government and are not controlled by us.
You are responsible for any customs charges. We do not cover these costs. Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.
7. Tracking Information
A tracking number is provided via email once your shipment is dispatched.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to display in the carrier's system. Some carriers provide limited visibility in certain regions.
8. Address Responsibility
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
If a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to wrong information provided, we are not liable for recovery or replacement. Double-check your address before confirming your order.
9. Delivery Delays & Issues
Delays can occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier backlogs, or logistical disruptions. These factors are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
If a package does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe (generally 4 weeks beyond dispatch), contact us with your tracking number for investigation.
If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Check your tracking status and coordinate with the carrier if needed.
