1. Made-to-Order Policy

All products are made specifically for each order. We do not manufacture items in advance or keep inventory. Once production begins, the item is created according to your specifications and cannot be canceled or returned for refund due to a change of mind.

This made-to-order model means refunds are only issued if there is a fault on our side, not because you change your mind about the purchase.

2. No Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances. If you need a different size, color, or style, you must place a new order. Refunds are not issued for incorrect size selection or preference changes.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only issued if the product contains a manufacturing defect or if we made an error. This includes:

• The wrong item was sent

• The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., broken parts, material failure)

• The item arrived damaged due to our packaging

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Incorrect size, color, or style selection by you

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse

• Minor variations in color, texture, or stitching (inherent to made-to-order production)

• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

• Package delivered to an incorrect address due to your error

• Items that are worn, used, or damaged after delivery

5. Reporting an Issue

If you believe your item has a defect or we sent the wrong product, contact us within 3–5 days of delivery.

Your report must include:

• Clear photos of the issue

• A detailed explanation of the problem

• Your order number

Reports submitted after 5 days will not be reviewed. We rely on timely reports with clear evidence to investigate and resolve issues fairly.

6. Refund Process

If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

In cases of wrong item or significant defect, we may request the item be returned before issuing a refund. Return shipping may be covered by us in these cases.

7. Additional Notes

All claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refunds if evidence does not support the claim or if the issue is not caused by us.

Excessive or fraudulent claims may result in account suspension and exclusion from future purchases.
